When u scroll down from the top to see the notifications or the quick panel, the icons on the top such the time, location and battery etc, they seems to be like in a separate tab, it lays over the actual clock and battery to show the same icons in a different position, my advice is to make it even, like when u scoll down the icons mantain their position and size it will be so much smoother
