Notifications/quick settings panel

Please bring back notifications and quick settings panel back to one... By sperating them it's causing me to fight to get the pulldown screen for either one.... These need to be joined back together again..

You can change it back to the old way in the panel settings

You can change the setting by pulling down the quick panel and tapping the pencil icon.
