Now brief in Celsius

Why does the now brief stay in Celsius even though everything about my phone, including weather app and settings, are all in farenheit? Can we fix this? This means nothing to me.

Open settings.
Search.
Type weather.
Go down to the Apps section.
Press on weather.
Then weather settings.
Change to F.
Go back and check again.
