I love much about the design of the One UI 7 update but the Floating Shortcut feature is one of my most used features of Samsungs UI. It allows me a quick and stress free way to AFK my games and keep the screen blacked out and touch protected. The two options now are finicky, rarely work and require many more steps. Has anyone else reported this feedback to Samsung?

We all should want the Games Booster floating shortcut back!

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you're enjoying the overall design of One UI 7. Regarding the Game Booster Floating Shortcut, you're not alone—several users have expressed how useful it was for quickly managing gaming features, including screen blackout and touch protection.

We’ve shared similar feedback with the relevant team, and we'll continue to advocate for features that enhance usability and in-game convenience.

In the meantime, feel free to submit this suggestion through the Samsung Members app > Beta Feedback > Suggestions, which helps strengthen the case for its return.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team

I'm having massive issues trying to take screenshots while playing. Having it on the navigation bar or shortcut bar nonsense is inconvenient at best and dysfunctional at worst. Most of the time, the game registers the input once I touch the screen, and when I have to touch the screen to proceed, there is no way to get the screenshot button back quickly. I also have it set so the navigation bar stays out longer, but this has its severe drawbacks too. Please fix this. I don't see why this useful feature was removed, especially since one could disable it before. It has impacted and ruined many of my gaming sessions as of late.
