Samsung is making great progress in addressing customer requests, but there is still some work to be done before a stable release. Please read this list because it's what customers want from the One UI 7 update, making many posts on X.
- More optimization (It's fluid, no one denies it, but there are moments where performance drop)
- New, simple and aestethic icons replacing touchwiz's ones (wi-fi, battery, mobile data, etc)
- Transparent Navigation Bar and Status Bar (adheres better to what is shown on the screen)
- Fix animations (Add bouncies, make them more responsive, add linear animations)
- Dark mode icons + Applying dark tint/mask to unsupported icons.
- Color tinting/masking icons to match color pallete.

I wanted to point out that it's not just the aesthetics and performance that count, but they have a priority over everything that comes after it. I've always had Samsung since I was young and it has never stopped improving, probably not immediately from an aesthetic or performance point of view but it has focused on other equally important points. I can't wait for the stable release!
