Here are a few things I think need to be optimized. 

 Memory Management 

 I/O Optimization 

 Resource Management 

 Network Optimization 

 Energy Efficiency 

 Call quality 

 Gaming 

 App opening and animations

 Would appreciate feedback and hope to see improvements.

Add camera quality to that list but spot on in my findings as well.
Imo, camera quality was way better in 5.1 compared to 6.0.
