PDF Viewer (Notes) Respect Dark Mode

When using the PDF Viewer from the Samsung Notes app to view saved PDF Files in device storage, dark mode is not respected when the Notes default color style is set to transparent.

Setting the Notes default color style to Black however fixes this issue, but if set to transparent, the PDF Viewer UI should also be black/dark.
