I feel like there has to be a better place for these buttons (Flip Horizontal, Rotate, and Ratio) than on top of the content. They could be moved down for easy reach, moved to the top (though that might not be ideal), or moved to the side veritcally as a "side rail." Less on top of the content is better, especially for when doing precision cropping.
