Agreed, the buttons here should be made available by user customization. Only actions used by all users should be fixed to the screen. Even then, those actions should be able to be moved around unless fixed to a corner like the settings and power icons.

Agreed, I don't recall ever using any of these buttons, they are unhelpful.
