Quick panel settings

I would like the gesture to pull down the notification bar without the need to swipe from the top of the screen down, to work for the quick settings panel as well.

You can swipe left on the notification panel to get to the quick panel. It's unfortunately an extra step

I know, I think it would be more convenient to be able to access without having to do one more action.
