Remove notification settings banner from notification panel.

The scrolling notification banner on the bottom of the notification panel is annoying. We should have the option to turn it off.

I know how to get to the notification settings without the need of a banner on the screen. Does it really need to be on that screen?

Yes. Some people don't and even if they did, this way is faster. It's not annoying at all and it's not even close to your notifications so you can't just missclick.

Do you actually go into notification settings that much that you need a faster way? I go into that setting maybe once or twice a month at most. Also, I said in my OP that we should have the option to remove it. Maybe I should have clarified it for you and said that we should have the option to turn it off. That way for those like you that use it 100 times a day have the 5 second faster option.

I know what you mean, and no, I don't ever go to notification settings, but some people do, and those people can use it. Not only that, but Samsung can't make every single button customizable. They are just going to add the more intuitive features and customizations that make sense and that people want.

I don't get why this suggestion is bothering you so much if you don't use it. I am not asking Samsung to make every button customizable. It boils down to why add something that is not going to get used very often. If Samsung wanted that scrolling banner to be convenient then add it to the home screen, it would make about as much sense. It is a suggestion not only to allow us the option to turn it off but to make the quick panel cleaner. Along with brightness control and my 6 most used functions I only need m notifications on that screen.

This is a weird one in my opinion, that has never bothered me, it actually makes sense for it to be there in case you want to make a quick notif. settings adjustment. Cheers.

It is weird. I get that it saves like 2 steps but having an option to have it or not would be nice. I scrolled through the suggestion and saw someone else mentioned this and that person suggested it be an icon at the top of the page. I agree put it on the second notification page.
