Apps used while in the secure folder should not show up in the recent app icon list. Also, should not have to unlock secure folder upon restarting phone. The whole purpose of secure folder is to not have notifications that everyone can see.
I think you don't understand what secure folder is for. It's not just to prevent notifications! That secure folder is to store all the photos, videos, files, apps and data that you want to keep private. The folder is protected by the defence-grade Samsung Knox security platform, which encrypts all data stored there hence why it requires a password upon reboot!
