Slower turning on/off fading anim

You know how Samsung recently added the fading turning on and off animation that came from Android? I wish that the fading animation was a bit slower to see it better.

You can use developer options in settings to slow down animations

That slows down other elements in the entire system as well and not just this one.

I agree you can barely notice the animation unless you put it on 2x animation speeds.
