I don't like those animations. It's just not functional. I'd rather have accessibility, everything lowered to the bottom half of the screen than to have to multi tap everything just to change settings. It looks nice sure, but I don't see how it makes things easier to use.
It is rumored that Samsung will allow to adjust the animations in Good Lock Modules. I imagine you will have the option to use these kinds of exaggerated animations if you want. I also understand why this wouldn't be the default... exaggerated animations look fantastic, sure, but they also slow down the user experience.
Edit: BTW, setting animation scale to 1.5x or 2x gets you closer to this if that's what you're into.
