Swipe between Quick Panel and Notifications

We should have the ability to swipe between Quick Panel and Notifications when the screen is open. Only being able to swipe down from a particular side to access the quick panel or notification shade while the screen is open is not intuitive.

I agree this is a frustrating feature right now that doesnt make sense when fold is open. I like the old swipe down
