When you swipe up to go to recents, it automatically scrolls to the previous app. This behavior makes it appear to lag occasionally. Also confusing when you try to switch quickly to recents and another app. This is a option in good lock but should be in the main Samsung UI.

Hard disagree here. By focusing on the previous app it means I can pick from the last 3 apps I've used without needing to scroll; or see some info I needed to remember from the previous app without needing to scroll. If you implement this, please make it an option to stay with the current way.
