Toggles suggestion

When you access the toggles at first you have the basics or the primary, to expand you hace a little notch (picture #1) but if the toggle that you want is in the first 1 to 6 or 7 row, you need to scroll completely down to back to normal.

Mu suggestion is to add another little notch (picture #2) in the top to be able to close or back to the basics or primary toggles. 

Picture #3 is to show that we don't have no thing to go back.

I use fewer toggles in my panel and did not realize this was a problem before. I totally agree with you, and it matches with OneUI's Philosophy of easy access and one handed usability!
