It would be great if i could jump from a regular call to video call without need to hang up the call

Did they change that? I've been able to do that since the note 10

Thank you for your feedback.

Voice call can be upgraded to a video call by tapping on the "video" icon on the call screen, if the other caller's device is capable of video calls.

If you experience any issues, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
