Voice screen doesn't come up when trying to send text

i use Google messages for texts. When I try to reply to a text via voice using Samsung keyboard the screen is just black and doesn't type the message.

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
