Would like an option to remove the new insight and interest section from the top of the Health dashboard

I'm sure a lot of people appreciate the new health interest info and the insights that are posted at the top of the Health homescreen in the phone app. However,  I would like an option to either not have that show or to be able to move it to the bottom.

For me personally it just takes up screen real estate and pushes off the main screen the info that I really want to see when i open the app. It is not configurable when you edit home to either remove it or to move it down on the screen. I also tried going to change Health Interest and there is no option not to choose one.

This app has great data, but they keep trying to make something else. Most people just want to see their stats. There are so many other places for advice and recommandations. They can always have an optional tab for them or maybe a second app aimed for the more in depth users.

While I may want guidance from the app, I want it to be my choice, not forced. I also want to be able to configure the advice offered.

I agree with everyone else ā€“ there must be an option to remove this 'Interest' section for everyone who does not want it.

I'd really love it if I could permanently remove insights. What's the point of me being able to "thumbs down" it, if it's only gonna show a couple days later?

It should all be optional. I don't want or need the extra info. I should be allowed to remove it. Especially if it's totally irrelevant to me.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion.

User can Edit the Health Interest from Settings in the Health app:

Based on your preference, you may add/remove specific Health features or use the pre-selected interest and filter out specific features based on your preference.

If the above steps are different than your expectations, please feel free to post šŸ™‚

No,  nothing has changed regarding this since the first post. Like I said then,  there is no option to remove the Health Interest altogether and when you edit the homescreen, you cannot either remove or move the health insights down on the list. They stay at the top pushing down all the important info off the screen. All the people in this post want to be able to remove the Health interest/ health insights that appear at the top of the screen.

It is not possible to NOT select a health interest in the first screenshot. One of them will always need to be selected in order to continue set up. The health tip/tile only goes away after having clicked on it, and the experience is not fluent, as if you are going in the wrong direction instead of where you want to go. It's a distraction. It is also not possible to move this tile to the bottom.

Yes and I actually find it insulting that it's telling me to do something other than walk. I'm doing the best I can to stay active, and walking is what works best for me. And how do my hours of dancing that I log each week not count as aerobic activity?? If you're gonna have a bot give advice, at least try to make it accurate and inclusive.
