For some reason the longer the phone's on the worse the battery gets used to be the opposite with the UI before this testing version which has no security updates or any updates since I've installed it also what happened to the gaming floating info that everybody used that was optional from the side panel while gaming and the gaming options shouldn't have to make a person to developer options which is something you have to go through multiple steps to even enable if they're smart enough to do it and those floating monitors are terrible we want to know the heat the FPS the CPU usage and everything like before you took it to hide it which is dirty cuz we like it you got to stop acting like we don't like things and that's why you take them away never take away always add and keep you know like the IR Blaster that people use the only reason I haven't updated my phone is because you took our air actions off the S-Pen that's the whole point of this phone never take away from the S Pen always add features the whole reason we get the ultra it took the place the note for a lot of people and another thing we have a side panel but we no longer have the option to add side panels how stupid can you be I'm kind of getting fed up with you guys taking things that I use I used to use the finger hover mode you took that the IR Blaster you took that and I swear I'll go to a phone company if you don't add back my error commands which I have custom one set you know for being 1% like you claim when I never got a question year or anyone I know I know four people with this phone that didn't get asked if they use it so I don't know who the **bleep** you ask but it wasn't us but 90% of comments on every channel that's reviewing the s25 are talking about it stop taking away features

Let me just copy and paste what I replied to him. If you didn’t get what he said, I think he means:

It seems like he's saying that the longer his phone is on, the worse the battery life gets. In previous versions of One UI, the battery used to improve over time, but now it's the opposite. He's also frustrated that the beta version hasn't received any security updates or patches since he installed it.

Another issue he brought up is the removal of the floating gaming info panel, which used to be available from the side panel while gaming. Now, if you want detailed gaming options, you have to go into Developer Options, which takes multiple steps just to enable. He argues that these settings should be easily accessible without requiring hidden menus.

He also mentions that Samsung has a habit of removing features that people actually use, rather than keeping them or improving them. Some examples he listed:

The floating gaming overlay (which showed FPS, CPU usage, and temperature)

IR Blaster (which let users control TVs and other electronics)

Air Actions for the S Pen, which let users perform gestures remotely

Side panel customization, which seems to have lost some options

Finger hover mode (Air View), which let users preview content by hovering their finger or S Pen

His main frustration is that Samsung keeps claiming “only 1% of users used these features” as an excuse to remove them, but he and people he knows never got surveyed. He believes a much larger percentage of users actually relied on these features, and the online discussions about the Galaxy S25 Ultra removing Air Actions seem to prove that.

His message to Samsung is simple: stop removing features, only add and improve them. The Ultra series is supposed to be the ultimate device, yet Samsung keeps stripping away functionality instead of enhancing it. He’s even considering switching to another brand if this pattern continues.
