The notifications should be moved to the bottom of the screen and not the top of the screen. It would be easier to reach for the notifications after pulling down the notification drawer. 

With the notifications at the top, it makes this mode unfavorable for having to reach for the notifications, leading to the preference of the together notification drawer so that it's easier to reach the notifications.
