5 toggles on the notification shade fix

If you go into the developer settings and change the DPI to 449 the device will think your screen is bigger and give you the 6th toggle back 

WARNING: if you don't know how developer mode works please do not do this

You can make the DPI smaller but it will technically zoom in the rest of your device
