5G UC Icon now present on Unlocked devices

As the title suggests, Samsung has finally added the 5G UC icon to it's factory unlocked devices (U1).

*I am aware this was already present on carrier branded devices.

I don’t like it. It just takes space from the notification bar.

But it's not taking away any other features that are already there. It's just a good thing to see

I agree, it's taking up space that wasn't used before and is actually being informative now.

I have the unlocked Samsung, but my 5G looks different (and with no UC). Is it a setting?

This may be carrier specific. I'm on T-Mobile. Verizon I believe had UWB

I am on Metro by T-Mobile.
It's not too important... Just noticed mine lools different.

As a test, I went back to Android 12 and the 5G was normal. Mine changes to this when I install the beta.
