No details of what has been added and/or removed. Only a short list of bugs handled.

Samsung, please do better with changelogs.

Ridiculous that they didn't tell people that wiping cache partition has been removed from the recovery menu.

Sick and tired of them putting this on the backs of community members to explain. I know the reason, 98% probably don't.

I noticed that immediately after updating too. I sent an error report and hopefully everyone else does also. I really don't think that was an intentional omission. There's no way they'd get rid of that option on purpose. At least I'd like to think so ๐Ÿค”

I can't send any feedback because the members app tells me to install beta software....

same thing here. go to submit feedback and it tells me to install the beta software which is already installed.

installed beta 6 this morning,
ZZAO

Problem I'm having is in the Samsung Gallery.
Did a 5 second animated picture. Now I'm an asthmatic and the only sound is of my breathing a bit on the loud side. try to use the audio eraser and it fails to do so. tried using the A.I. button in the middle below the image, it starts out saying "analyzing audio..." then I get a message "Can't use audio eraser on this video. No specific audio sources could be identified in the video"

I wanted to erase all audio, but the A.I. can't do it and the audio eraser above the volume button can't do it either.

Thing is, I could easily do this with one of the programs on my laptop.

It was intentional. Devices with A/B partitioning.

Yes, and as short as that is, is correct as they flip in turns so to speak. That partitioning is how it works with SSDs especially. One partition remains inactive in a sense, the update goes to that partition. Once uploaded there, it begins to integrate the previous user's apps/settings from the older firmware with the new one. Once analyzed and verified to function it flips to the other partition which becomes the active one, and the the other is wiped clean for the next flip.

Now each time now when the device is restarted, the newly active partition will be cleaned of unused or updated old data that builds up as the system is used. And this has been how it worked since the "fstrim" command was created years ago when SSDs started taking hold.
