Back to back days from Google. Another Play System update, first was 81mb put me on September, 2nd was 14mb. Briefly yesterday after a Play Services update I had the new satellite toggle, got a 2nd Play Services update about 1 hr later that took it away. I guess Google did an oops, we didn't mean to do that.
The screenshot is of what it looks like in Google Messages, it right above the text box, it was static. The 2nd screenshot is when you click on it.
