Didn't notice any other bug fixes. Bummer

• Phone app still has gray backround on Numpad screen
• Color Palette (Material You) still has weird gray default colors

Have you manually report these issues to samsung as well?

Yup, Phone app issue the day Beta 4 released and introduced this bug and the Color Palette issue was reported all the way back in Beta 1
