Never had any use for it as I came from using Google Assistant, went to Siri, came back to Google Assistant. My home smart devices are all Google devices, therefore I use Google Assistant. It's like with my PC, if I can get a Corsair product that uses iCue, I will, because I don't need a million other apps to change this or that. That's what Bixby is to me, a non-Google Assistant app that I don't want on my device.
Bixby is device level. Don't compare it to Google Assistant. Two different apps. Google assistant is for interacting with Google apps and services. Bixby is for interacting with Samsung apps and your device. I use it all the time.
