Guys cache is a big word for temporary files used by the system, user and software overall. Think of clearing cache as getting rid of the junk from your old house after moving into your new house.
To clear cache you must reboot to recovery:
Easiest way is shutdown phone with no USB cable in it eg don't charge.
Once off, hold volume up and power buttons together; once Samsung Logo is visible, let go of the power key still holding volume up and it'll go to recovery mode.

Use the vol keys to navigate down to clear cache partition use the power button as the ok selection, it'll ask if you're sure, continue, then phone reboots to normal and you're done!

Your s25U will thank you with better performance and battery life as well as far less chance of bugs
