Just got one, but still on the November 1, 2025 date.

I think it's random. Some get those updates to reflect the latest dates, some don't. It's the same before the beta. Many people got theui 8.0 final version, but were stuck on July or August 2025 versions while some got the September version after the final UI release, which I got.

I honestly do not know how the system determines dates or whether or not they are actually different other than just the dates shown. There are few folks here more well-versed in this than I am, but AFAIK, even though the dates stay static or change the dates, either way the update itself makes changes to its system.

At this time, the Google Play system update (GPSU) feature is temporarily paused on Beta models. This is intended behavior based on Samsung’s policy in coordination with Google.

While the update function is currently paused, all critical security fixes from Google have already been preloaded into the Beta software. You can continue using your device without concern during Beta.

The update functionality will resume at the appropriate time, either during the Beta or after the official release.
