I believe this issue is caused when you have Goodlock, etc installed and active when you install the Beta, which I had. I know Goodlock doesn't work with the Betas, but it slipped my mind to uninstall it first. I tried many suggested fixes but essentially some database is damaged/corrupt that doesn't get overwritten or reset. I eventually took the plunge and did a Factory reset. Phone is perfect now. No issues.

Yes I am getting tons of bugs too, but I don't want to reset as I have tons of stuff/work profile, I will wait for updates
