Update Regarding Samsung Members Beta Feedback Submission Issue

A Samsung Members hotfix version has now been uploaded to the Galaxy Store to address the Beta feedback submission issue affecting some users.

If you previously experienced the message stating that you need to download and install the Beta software before sending feedback, please update the Samsung Members app through the Galaxy Store and try submitting your feedback again.

Hello Beta participants,

We have observed reports from some users who are unable to submit Beta feedback through the Samsung Members app.

In certain cases, a message appears stating “Before you send feedback, you need to download and install the beta software in Settings > Software update” even though the device is already running the Beta version.

This issue has been identified in the latest Samsung Members app version (v5.7.00.8) under specific Beta user environments, particularly on unlocked devices.

The relevant team is currently preparing a Samsung Members hotfix update, which is planned to be released within this week to resolve the issue.

Thanks, but with the uninstall and reinstall, it seems to work fine now.

I did that to and it fixed it for 2 days then it broke again. We need the actual fix for it
