This works for me: Force close camera app, clear its cache, then reboot. Not sure if force close is necessary but clearing cache without a reboot didn't work for me.

I just tried this and it seems to work: Force close, clear cache, restart the phone. Not sure how critical is each, but the camera is loading much faster now.

I have the same problem as well. S22 Ultra. Black screen when opening the camera app, regardless of if it's in the lock screen or after the phone is unlocked.
