As of right now 2 issues I experience are an issue with galaxy watch active 2 just recently updated the phone app for it so shall see if that continues to be an issue.
Other issue that is really annoying is the continuous processing request where it states MCM client request are processing. It never seems to stop. Can no longer stop the notification to clear it from the top bar and does seem to be creating issues as far as draining battery just a little faster

Had you searched first, you'd discover a plethora of posts about MCM ... it's an issue on the T-Mobile side which they need to fix.
You can long press on the Notification and set to Silent.
There is a temp fix (search) , but might be "involved" for the non techie

MC Client request Issue has to be resolved from carrier side. T-Mobile has been notified of the issue.
