4.0 updates

I saw some posts about the release of stable 4.0 for note 20 Ultra. They all form 3.1, how come the beta tester didn't receive that?

Wife and I are on the same network unlocked, same phones. I'm on the beta still waiting, she's not and downloading the update. Makes no sense, beta testers should have received it first.

That's what I'm saying. I saw the unlocked version got update to 4.0.
