After the update, it keeps on using location non stop

I turned off allow all the time for all apps and still system app are now using location all the time, earlier it would turn off few seconds after I close my apps. Now even all the apps are closed and still location being used al the time by system apps even when screen is locked.

Anyone else facing this?

Same issue here on my fold five 

After the latest UI 7 update, location icon is constantly being turned on saying being used by system apps. 

And has made my battery life horrible. 

Any update to this besides just turning off location as I use it for my Google timeline
