How do I get the update or did it come on my phone?? I just got it almost a month ago(I 🤔 think) what is the new things about it?

The beta opened on 9/14 and filled up the same day. If you want to know the features here is an article. Most people want the latest and greatest but the beta is not smooth hence why they do it. https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/android-12-update/
