Is there any chance AVF support can be added to 8.5? Attempting to launch the terminal app gives the following error:

Unrecoverable error

Failed to recover from an error. You can try restarting terminal or try one of the recovery options.

If all attempts fail, wipe all data by turning on/off Linux terminal from developer options.

Error code:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Non-protected VMs are not supported on this device.
