Mine is working as I have the option to disable the app. But if I click on Google Play Store info, I get the same message. Is your ASI active in your system apps views when you look at it in settings?

Also, the others who say they have no issues, click on Play Store info and see if you get the same message as the OP showed in the screenshot.

I have the same issue and the app isn't in the app list. I tried to sideload the latest version and it failed saying the package was invalid.
