When toggled, some icons like Location, Airplane mode, and Flashlight animate in various ways, but others like Mobile data, Bluetooth, and Extra dim don't.
I don't understand the criteria used to determine which icons are animated and which are not. I thought Extra dim had downward arrows animation but it doesn't. On the other hand, Flashlight has an animated icon.
Are those animated icons residual animations from the previous One UI? Did Samsung forget to make new icons for new features animated? (Mobile data is not a new feature)

If you notice any inconsistencies in icons, please update Samsung Members app to latest version from the Galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. I noticed some other inconsistencies (e.g. "Gradient effect missing in dark mode"). I posted it in Suggestions and you said to send an error report. When I sent it as an error report, they said to post in Suggestions.
In this case, I don't think inconsistencies in animated icons in toggles in quick panel are errors, it is more like UI/UX experience. Even though it's posted in Discussions, could you also suggest it to developer and project manger to consider making new icons for new feature animated in various way.
