App malfunction

My Jetfit app is showing the attached picture. The phone and watch aren't communicating. The app doesn't update with information entered on the phone. And, the buttons in the image don't function.

3rd Party apps aren't guaranteed to work in the beta testing.

Maybe contact Jetfit devs via Play Store feedback at the bottom of the app in the store.

As @RobXbalboa mentioned, some of 3rd Party apps are not certified and may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience. You may try again once the official S/W is released.
