When I receive a call with my headphones on, whether it's a WhatsApp call or a regular call, and I hang up, the headphones still act as if they're in a call. If I then play music or open another app like Instagram, TikTok, or any other, the audio plays through the phone's speaker and not through the headphones. And when I go to the headphone settings to run a test, it says it can't because they're in a call. I have to completely disconnect them and then re-pair them for them to work correctly again.
To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue.
