Battery icon status bar

Is there way you guys can make the status battery icon more wide again so it can be more visible on the eyes basically more thicker and longer if possible

Or If they can keep it same length as in when it's in charging mode

Not your original ask, but they let you turn off the background in 8.5 so now you can see it without a background and it adds a % symbol. That may be easier for you to read?
