Beta 4 not available in the US

Seemed everyone got beta 4, besides US? Whats happening.

The update was for carrier locked models only. Unlocked versions still waiting.

i just got the 4th on my unlocked s24+ in the USA. when i first checked, it said nothing was available, just rechecked, and it popped up.
