Well I went and text samsung support and thay said I would

They were not correct. All unlocked and all T-Mobile S23 users have access to the beta currently. More devices will be rolled out soon. No additional carriers will be included, they will only receive the stable version.

Has anyone used it yet how good is it? Stable wise?

Seems pretty stable but who knows, I could try something tomorrow or a week down the road and it won't work.
I tried beta software back on my S10 years ago and nothing worked right. Then I never tried it again until last year when I got my S22 Ultra and pretty much mostly everything worked fine.
