This morning (12/09/23)my Galaxy s23ultra basically stopped working. It is as if I am not able to interact with the touch screen. I can swipe down and get to that sub menu. I can interact with all those settings( airplane mode, mute, flashlight, Etc.). When I try to go into settings I can not do anything. I have some slight interactivity with the bottom button also. I can pull up my samsung pay is about all. I can use my fingerprint scanner. I can also use my pattern unlock. Errors that One UI has stopped working pop up but I cannot submit a report because outside of certain areas I have no functionality( no touchscreen). I can make calls from my vehicle using Bluetooth. I can turn off the phone. And when I turn it on again it does not change anything. Please help. I basically have a pager.
I've experienced this Dec 3 and this entire week has been bad for me, with no help from samsung, they really suck to the point I want to give up on using their products. After I did a reset on my phone, it still says that my phone is using the beta version after startup but I'm really not (or the members app is telling me that I'm withdrawn but this phone is doing what it wants).
I am having the same exact issue. It's been 4 hours that I can't use my phone. I had to go to my car and connect the bluetooth to be able to call someone with the car's touch screen. I am not even able to hang up the call. This is ridiculous! For work tomorrow, I need to see some of my notes in the Samsung note app. Not sure what I'll end up doing if this does not gets fixed by tonight. Is your Galaxy S23 Ultra working now? If so, what did you end up doing?
