Beta OneUI7 and Google Play System Updates clarity.

Any other beta users still showing October Google Play System update? 

I am in the U.S. with an Unlocked variant on T-Mobile. 

Just wondering if I am the only one seeing this or if this is a common thing. I have installed 3 Google Play System updates in the last week and the last one was only kilobytes.. still, I am registered as being as current at October last year. 

Safe to say I am getting patches to address certain CVEs, but perplexed on the date.

Mine is showing the same thing I think it has to do with running beta software and it not technically being "official"

Yeah, same here. Just got an update today, too.

I had to manually update mine a few weeks ago. Although it shows a green check mark, you can manually check and download the update for google play.

I just updated it and it went right back to October 2024 after the restart.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It’s not uncommon for Google Play System updates to appear differently during the Beta testing phase, as certain updates may be paused or delayed while software compatibility is being finalized.

While you’ve installed recent Google Play System updates, the last registered version showing as October could indicate that full integration is temporarily on hold until the Beta program concludes. In past updates, similar behavior has been observed, and once the stable version of One UI is released, Google Play System updates typically resume normal processing.

We recommend keeping an eye on:
 -  Settings > Security & Privacy > Google Play System Update for future changes.
 -  Official Samsung and Google sources for update announcements after the Beta phase.

Still October even after the update

t-mobile unlocked. Just manually updated. Says November 1, same as before today's update.
