Beta Program

I recently joined the Beta Program for the Samsung S25. I'm currently on Beta 4 and have not received Beta 5 yet, even though it's been out for almost two weeks. I contacted Samsung support both via Chat and Phone, and they said that I should be getting it soon and that it all depends on the carrier; my carrier is T-Mobile US. Did anyone else receive the beta yet? Also, it doesn't give me an option to opt out or join the beta program again because the current status says recruitment is closed for both Phone and Watch Ultra. Am I stuck on Beta 4 until the official release of UI 8 ?? If that's the case I'll just go back to Apple with iOS 26 I never had an issue getting beta software on that platform. 🙄

I'm only saying that I've never seen this happen when you officially join the Beta.  So I tagged the Beta Mods so one of them maybe able to figure out what is causing this.

I have Beta 4 on my phone and I was in the Beta Program..

You're welcome they are the only ones that would be able to help figure out why you didn't get the update and why you don't have access to the beta community
