Beta Update Problem

I have new z flip since old one broke and Samsung send me new one I am trying to get the new device for one UI beta I enrolled it not showing update I have successfully enrolled but have not received one UI 8.5 beta

Thing I have tried to do fixed

-remove old device from member app

- un enrolling and re-enrolling beta servel time 

- loging out from member app and re logging in.

Still I have not received beta update , I am enrolled tho .

Please help

probably contact Samsung moderator or whatever it is through here and ask him if you already had a device that broke that was in it under the same account then they probably have to just swap the details of the device from your old one to your new one and then he'll give you your update and won't know but I know there's a ways just usually they have to reach out to that US beta moderator or whatever it is

How do you contact them I couldn't find resources, I contact support through phone and chat they couldn't help me they said leave feedback in member app they just reply thank you for your feedback, somebody please help

We kindly ask you to update the latest official software until there is no update.

After updating the device to the latest, please re-join the beta program and download/install the beta software.

I have done that
My phone updated to latest version
I unrolled and updated latest version and waited for 24 hour and re enrolled , still I have not receive 8.5 beta please help

After I send feedback in member app
I unenrolled from beta for few days then I suddenly started getting security patch update starting from Dec 2025 , I updated then another one then another I keep updating keep giving me after reaches to April all updated finish so total of (4 times update ) then I came back to member app and enrolled for beta then it's showed up
