RESOLVED... Google updated the Google Pay app after I reported it to them the following day. It now works for me again. 

I'm in the beta program and I can't use Google Pay after installing the beta. I also am unable to share files in the Members app in order to send error logs. There is no option under permissions for files and media as instructed.

Same here, at random I'll get a message that my phone is rooted and can't use Google Wallet

I have never been able to use Google Pay while in Beta.

Google Pay never works on any beta, since the OS is not certified with Google, for security reasons Google blocks it

My UI launcher doesn't work at all either, so I downloaded a 2d party UI Launcher. Kinda defeats the purpose of beta testing if I can't do anything with my phone without the 2d party UI Launcher. I'll just have to wait for an update. I was able to send the error msg this way.. so I'm good for now. I don't use Google pay, but my Samsung wallet still works.

It's Google Pay issue, not the Beta, since Google Pay isn't a Samsung app. If the Samsung Pay doesn't work, that is Samys problem

Well I found what I'm looking for. Hopefully. They will fix this. I herd samsung wallet works fine
